2 Timothy 1:7 God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and of self control.
That’s a good one. Fear isn’t a “family” trait. What is? Power (you’re not helpless), love (you’re not alone), and a sound mind (you’re not at the mercy of racing thoughts). None of these are upgrades you earn—they’re gifts already inside you. You don’t talk yourself into bravery; you agree with who God says you are and act from there.
When fear talks loud, answer with who you are, not how you feel.
